CVS Health is seeking an experienced Varicent Functional/Technical Lead to support the Compensation and Sales Incentives domains within HR Technology. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners to design, configure, and optimize the Varicent SPM platform, including calculations, workflows, and reporting, ensuring scalability and alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in a Varicent Functional or Technical Lead role.
• 8+ years configuring and debugging Varicent SPM platforms.
• 8+ years gathering requirements, design, and testing of SaaS applications.
• 5+ years Varicent SPM platform experience including calculations and workflows.
• 5+ years building integrations between Varicent and enterprise systems.
• 4+ years with Varicent integration architecture and design patterns.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with partners to support the Compensation functional area for Sales Incentives.
• Develop vision, goals and roadmap for the Product with stakeholders.
• Evaluate Varicent capabilities through research and testing.
• Gather requirements, optimize processes, perform fit-gap analyses, and document designs.
• Lead translation of business requirements to technical solutions and timelines.
• Design, develop, and maintain the Varicent SPM platform for scalability and reliability.
• Configure and customize Varicent enhancements, including calculations and rules.
• Create complex Varicent reports, dashboards, and analytics for reporting needs.
• Perform UAT and maintain documentation and artifacts.
