CVS Health is seeking a seasoned Varicent Functional/Technical Lead to support the Compensation team for Sales Incentives across the organization. You will translate business needs into scalable technical solutions, lead platform design, and ensure alignment with Total Rewards and HR stakeholders.

The role requires deep expertise in Varicent SPM, strong leadership, and the ability to manage cross-functional partnerships while delivering timely enhancements and insights.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in a Varicent Functional or Technical Lead role.
• 8+ years configuring and debugging Varicent SPM platforms.
• 8+ years gathering requirements and designing solutions.
• 5+ years Varicent SPM platform experience, including calculations and workflows.
• 4+ years Varicent integration architecture and design patterns.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business and technical partners to support the Compensation functional area for Sales Incentives.
• Develop vision, goals and roadmap for the Product with stakeholders.
• Evaluate Varicent capabilities through research and testing.
• Lead design, development, and maintenance of the Varicent SPM platform.
• Configure, customize, and develop Varicent enhancements and reports.
