Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a seasoned Varicent Functional/Technical Lead to drive Compensation solutions on the Varicent SPM platform within the HR Technology team. You’ll translate business needs into scalable technical designs and partner with HR Shared Services across segments.

You’ll own configuration, customization, reporting and integration work, ensuring accuracy, scalability and timely delivery of enhancements while collaborating with business partners to align incentives with strategy.

Qualifications

8+ years' experience in a Varicent Functional or Technical Lead role.
8+ years' experience configuring and debugging Business Processes in Varicent SPM.
5+ years Varicent SPM platform experience including calculations, workflows and configuration.
5+ years' experience integrating Varicent with enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with business and technical partners to support the Compensation functional area for Sales Incentives.
Develop vision, goals and roadmap for the Product with stakeholders.
Evaluate Varicent capabilities through research and testing.
Gather requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, design, configure and test solutions.
Lead translation of business requirements to technical solutions with timelines.
Design, develop and maintain the Varicent SPM platform for scalability and reliability.
Design and maintain Varicent reports, dashboards and analytics for reporting needs.
Ensure documentation, approvals and artifacts are maintained.
Coordinate user acceptance testing and test planning.
