Qualifications

8+ years in a Varicent functional or technical lead role.
8+ years configuring and debugging Varicent SPM platforms.
5+ years integrating Varicent with enterprise systems.
Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with partners to support Compensation for Sales Incentives and roadmaps.
Develop vision, goals and roadmap for the product with leaders.
Evaluate Varicent capabilities through research and testing.
Gather requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, config and test.
