Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an experienced Varicent Functional/Technical Lead to support compensation technology within the HR Technology team. You will translate business needs into scalable Varicent solutions, manage configurations, and drive the roadmap for sales incentives across global partners.

You will collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to ensure scalable performance, accuracy of calculations, and timely delivery of enhancements, while maintaining documentation and validation across

Qualifications

• 8+ years in a Varicent functional or technical lead role.
• 8+ years configuring and debugging business processes in Varicent SPM.
• 8+ years gathering requirements, designing solutions and testing.
• 5+ years Varicent SPM platform experience: calculations, workflows, configuration.
• 5+ years building integrations between Varicent and enterprise systems.
• 5+ years generating Varicent reports for analytics and data auditing.
• 4+ years Varicent integration architecture and design patterns.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with partners to support Compensation in Sales Incentives and global priorities.
• Develop vision, goals and roadmaps for the product with stakeholders.
• Evaluate Varicent capabilities through research and testing.
• Gather requirements, design functional specs, and document progress.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions with timelines.
• Lead design, development, and maintenance of the Varicent SPM platform.
• Configure and customize Varicent enhancements and compensation components.
• Design and maintain Varicent reports, dashboards, and analytics for reporting.
