CVS Health Corporation is seeking a seasoned Varicent SPM Functional/Technical Lead to support Compensation business operations within the HR Technology domain. You will drive requirements, design, configuration, testing, and reporting across Sales Incentives, aligning with global priorities and roadmaps.

The role focuses on scalable solutions, collaboration with HR Shared Services, and delivering robust analytics and dashboards to support Total Rewards partners.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in a Varicent functional or technical lead role.
• 8+ years configuring and debugging Varicent SPM workflows.
• 8+ years gathering requirements, design, SaaS configuration, UAT, product health.
• 5+ years Varicent SPM experience including calculations and workflows.
• 5+ years integrating Varicent with enterprise systems.
• 5+ years generating Varicent reports and data auditing.
• 4+ years Varicent integration architecture and design patterns.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business and technical partners to support the Compensation functional area for Sales Incentives.
• Develop vision, goals and roadmap for the Product with stakeholders.
• Evaluate Varicent capabilities through research and testing.
• Gather requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, design functional designs, configure and test.
• Translate business requirements to technical solutions and set timelines.
• Lead design, development, and maintenance of the Varicent SPM platform.
• Configure, customize, and develop Varicent enhancements and documentation.
• Design, build, and maintain Varicent reports, dashboards, and analytics.
• Responsible for fit-gap analysis, functional design, application config, UAT and maintenance.
• Perform and support UAT and create test plans and results.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation and artifacts.
• Track deliverables and timelines, communicating progress to stakeholders.
• Deliver timely Varicent enhancements and defects resolutions.
• Ensure delivered product meets business needs and objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to maintain transparency.
• Integrate data and apply findings to inform strategy and actions.
• Challenge partners to improve business processes and problem-solve.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend platform enhancements.
• Maintain awareness of Varicent features and vendor updates.
• Participate in vendor releases and plan impacts with stakeholders.
• Provide strategic direction to product and shared services teams.
