Qualifications

• 8+ years in a Varicent Functional or Technical Lead role.
• 8+ years configuring and debugging Varicent Business Processes.
• 8+ years gathering requirements, fit-gap analysis and functional design.
• 5+ years Varicent SPM platform experience (calculations, workflows, configuration).
• 5+ years building integrations between Varicent and enterprise systems.
• 5+ years generating Varicent reports for analysis and data auditing.
• 4+ years Varicent integration architecture and design patterns.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business and technical partners to support the Compensation functional area for Sales Incentives.
• Develop vision, goals and roadmap for the Product with stakeholders.
• Evaluate Varicent capabilities through research and testing.
• Gather requirements, design, configure and test; document each stage.
• Translate business requirements to technical solutions and set timelines.
• Design, develop and maintain the Varicent SPM platform for scalability and reliability.
• Configure enhancements, calculations, workflows and compensation plan components.
