Job summary
CVS Health is seeking an experienced Functional & Technical Expert for the Varicent Sales Performance Management (SPM) platform within its HR Technology team. You will support Compensation business operations with scalable technology solutions and collaborate with HR Shared Services across business segments.
The role emphasizes translation of business needs into technical solutions, design of the Varicent platform, and responsible delivery of enhancements, reports, and dashboards to meet
Qualifications
- 8+ years' experience in a Varicent Functional or Technical Lead role.
- 8+ years' experience configuring and debugging Varicent SPM platforms.
- 8+ years' experience working with business to gather requirements, perform fit gap analysis, design solutions, configure SaaS apps, and test.
- 5+ years Varicent SPM platform experience including calculations, workflows and configuration.
- 5+ years experience configuring and building integrations between Varicent and enterprise systems.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business and technical partners to support the Compensation functional area for Sales Incentives.
- Develop vision, goals and roadmap for the Product.
- Evaluate Varicent capabilities through research and testing.
- Gather requirements, optimize business processes, design functional specs, and test.
