CVS Health is seeking a seasoned Varicent Functional/Technical Lead to support the Compensation and Sales Incentives functions within HR Technology. You will shape the product roadmap, evaluate capabilities, and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.

The role requires strong collaboration with HR Shared Services and business partners, plus extensive experience in Varicent configuration, reporting, and integration across enterprise systems.

Qualifications

• 8+ years' experience in a Varicent Functional or Technical Lead role.
• 8+ years' experience configuring and debugging Business Processes and building solutions in Varicent SPM platforms.
• 8+ years' experience gathering requirements, design solutions, and performing UAT on SaaS applications.
• 5+ years Varicent SPM platform experience, including calculations, workflows and configuration.
• 5+ years configuring and building integrations between Varicent and enterprise systems.
• 5+ years' experience generating Varicent reports for analysis and data auditing.
• 4+ years of experience with Varicent integration architecture and design patterns.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business and technical partners to support the Compensation functional area for Sales Incentives.
• Develop vision, goals and roadmap for the product in partnership with stakeholders.
• Evaluate Varicent capabilities through research and testing.
• Gather requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, design functional solutions, configure and test.
• Translate business needs to technical solutions and manage timelines.
• Lead design, development and maintenance of the Varicent SPM platform.
• Configure enhancements, including calculations, workflows, rules, and compensation components.
• Design and maintain Varicent reports, dashboards, analytics and audit capabilities.
• Coordinate UAT, test plans and results; maintain documentation and artifacts.
• Maintain deliverables and timelines; communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Ensure timely delivery of enhancements and defects with scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure transparent delivery.
