Qualifications

• 8+ years in a Varicent functional or technical lead role.

• 5+ years experience with calculations, workflows, and configuration in Varicent.
• Experience gathering requirements and designing solutions with SaaS apps.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development and maintenance of the Varicent platform.
• Configure enhancements, calculations, workflows, and incentives.
• Develop reports, dashboards and analytics for business reporting.
