Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a seasoned professional for the Varicent SPM platform within the HR Technology team. You will lead compensation solutions for Sales Incentives and partner with HR Shared Services to deliver scalable technology.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in Varicent functional/lead roles, strong analytical and collaboration skills, and a track record of delivering reliable, compliant compensation tools.

Qualifications

• 8+ years' experience in a Varicent Functional or Technical Lead role.
• 8+ years' experience configuring and debugging Business Processes in Varicent SPM.
• 8+ years' experience gathering requirements, fit-gap analysis, design, configuration, and UAT.
• 5+ years Varicent SPM platform experience: calculations, workflows, configuration.
• 5+ years integrating Varicent with enterprise systems.
• 5+ years generating Varicent reports for analysis and data auditing.
• 4+ years Varicent integration architecture and design patterns.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business and technical partners to support Compensation for Sales Incentives.
• Develop vision, goals and roadmap for the Product with stakeholders.
• Evaluate Varicent capabilities through research and testing.
• Gather requirements, design, configure, test and document across stages.
• Lead translation of business requirements to technical solutions and timelines.
• Design, develop, and maintain the Varicent SPM platform for scalability and reliability.
• Build Varicent reports, dashboards and analytics for operational needs.
• Maintain documentation, test plans and artifacts throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate vendor releases and cross-functional initiatives.
