Qualifications

8+ years' experience in a Varicent Functional or Technical Lead role.
8+ years' experience configuring and debugging Varicent SPM processes.
5+ years Varicent SPM platform experience, incl. calculations and configuration.
5+ years' experience building integrations between Varicent and enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with business and technical partners to support Compensation for Sales Incentives.
Develop vision, goals and roadmap for the Product with stakeholders.
Understand business needs and evaluate Varicent capabilities through research and testing.
Gather requirements, map processes, design functional specs, configure and test.
Translate business requirements to technical solutions with timelines.
Lead design, development and maintenance of the Varicent SPM platform.
Configure enhancements, calculations, workflows, rules and compensation components.
Design, build and maintain Varicent reports, dashboards and analytics.
Perform UAT, document plans and results, and maintain artifacts.
