Job summary

CVS Health is looking for a Functional & Technical Expert to lead the Varicent SPM platform within the HR Technology team, supporting Compensation operations by delivering scalable technology solutions. You will collaborate with HR Shared Services and stakeholders to design, configure, and optimize incentives across Total Rewards.

The role requires extensive Varicent experience, strong leadership, and the ability to translate business needs into robust technical solutions while ensuring

Qualifications

8+ years in a Varicent functional/lead role.
8+ years configuring and debugging Varicent SPM.
5+ years Varicent SPM experience including calculations and workflows.
4+ years Varicent integration architecture and design patterns.
Bachelor's Degree required.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with partners to support Compensation for Sales Incentives and roadmaps.
Lead design, development, and maintenance of the Varicent SPM platform.
Configure enhancements, calculations, workflows, and rules.
Design reports, dashboards, and analytics to support reporting.
Coordinate testing, documentation, and deliverables with stakeholders.
