Qualifications

• 5+ years Varicent SPM platform experience, including calculations, workflows and configuration.
• 5+ years of experience configuring and building integrations between Varicent and enterprise systems.
• 5+ years of experience configuring and debugging Business Processes and building solutions in Varicent.
• 5+ years of experience with calculations, complex reports, and various configurations in Varicent.
• 4+ years of experience with Varicent integration architecture and design patterns.
• 4+ years of experience working in the HR technology landscape, including cloud computing and mobile technologies.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business and technical partners to support Varicent architecture and integration roadmap.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and integration specifications.
• Design and implement end-to-end integration solutions between Varicent and enterprise systems.
• Configure Varicent applications, calculations, workflows, and compensation plan components.
• Lead cross-functional communications to manage expectations and delivery.
