Qualifications

• 5+ years Varicent SPM platform experience with calculations, workflows and configuration.
• 5+ years configuring and building integrations between Varicent and enterprise systems.
• 5+ years configuring and debugging business processes in Varicent.
• 4+ years Varicent integration architecture and design patterns.
• 4+ years HR tech experience including cloud/mobile technologies.

Responsibilities

• Support Varicent technical architecture and integration roadmap with partners.
• Create and maintain architecture diagrams, specifications, and docs.
• Translate business needs into technical solutions and timelines.
• Collaborate with HR Tech, COEs, and HR Shared Services across segments.
• Design end-to-end integrations between Varicent and Workday, Salesforce, Google Cloud.
• Lead vendor release processes and regression testing with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and maintain Varicent reports, dashboards, and analytics.
• Establish platform governance including security and access controls.
