Job summary
CVS Health is seeking a Senior Varicent Integration & Platform Engineer to join the Human Resources Technology team and support the Compensation business with scalable Varicent SPM solutions. You will drive technical architecture, integration development and vendor coordination to enable accurate incentive planning.
The role partners with HR Technology, COEs and HR Shared Services across segments, translating business needs into robust technical solutions while maintaining strong
Qualifications
- 5+ years Varicent SPM platform experience, including calculations and workflows.
- 5+ years configuring and building integrations between Varicent and enterprise systems.
- 4+ years of experience with Varicent reports, dashboards and analytics.
- 4+ years in HR technology landscape, cloud and mobility experience.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate to support Varicent architecture and integration roadmap with global priorities.
- Create architecture diagrams, specs, and SOPs for Varicent platform.
- Understand business needs and evaluate platform capabilities through research and testing.
- Define deliverables, timelines, and communicate progress to stakeholders.
- Design end-to-end integrations between Varicent and Workday, Salesforce, and Google Cloud.
- Lead translation of business requirements into technical solutions and timelines.
