Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years Varicent SPM platform experience, including calculations, workflows and configuration.
• 5+ years configuring and building integrations between Varicent and enterprise systems.
• 5+ years configuring and debugging Business Processes in Varicent.
• 5+ years of calculations, reports, and Varicent configurations.
• 4+ years of Varicent integration architecture and design patterns.
• 4+ years in HR tech landscape, including cloud/mobile tech.
• 4+ years creating Varicent reports, dashboards and analytics for reporting.
• 4+ years of organizational, analytical, time management and problem-solving skills.
• 3+ years partnering with business to optimize processes.
• 3+ years cross-functional teamwork and multiple-task management.
• 3+ years excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with partners to support Varicent architecture and integration roadmap.
• Create and maintain technical docs, diagrams, integration specs, and procedures.
• Evaluate platform capabilities through research and testing.
• Maintain timelines and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Ensure delivered product meets business needs and objectives.
• Support enhancements, requests and defect resolutions with scalable solutions.
• Design and implement end-to-end Varicent integration with enterprise systems.
• Configure Varicent applications, calculations, workflows and incentive components.
• Lead cross-functional alignment to ensure consistent delivery and expectations.
• Engage with vendor releases, coordinate regression testing and impacts.
• Monitor Varicent function changes and communicate potential impacts.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions with timelines.
• Conduct fit-gap analyses and user acceptance testing.
• Maintain up-to-date docs and architecture diagrams.
• Support test plans, scenarios, and results.
• Adhere to best practices and engage with vendor community for innovation.
• Integrate data and strengthen Varicent platform strategy with insights.
• Design, build and maintain Varicent reports and analytics for operations.
