Job summary

CVS Health seeks a Senior Varicent Integration & Platform Engineer to join the HR Technology team. You will support Compensation operations and manage Varicent platform integrations with Workday, Salesforce, and Google Cloud Platform to deliver scalable solutions.

The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with collaboration across HR partners, COEs, and Shared Services to ensure solutions meet business goals while maintaining security and governance.

Qualifications

5+ years Varicent SPM platform experience, including calculations, workflows and configuration.
5+ years configuring and building integrations between Varicent and enterprise systems.
5+ years configuring and debugging Business Processes and building solutions in Varicent.
5+ years of experience with calculations, complex reports, and various configurations in Varicent.
4+ years of experience with Varicent integration architecture and design patterns.
4+ years in HR technology landscape, including cloud computing and mobile technologies.
4+ years designing, building, and maintaining Varicent reports, dashboards and analytics for reporting.
3+ years collaborating with business partners and SaaS vendors to resolve issues.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with business and technical partners to support Varicent architecture and integration roadmap.
Create and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, integration specifications, and operational procedures.
Translate business needs into technical solutions with clear timelines.
Lead end-to-end integrations between Varicent and systems like Workday, Salesforce, and Google Cloud Platform.
Configure Varicent applications, including calculations, workflows, incentives, rules, and compensation components.
Mentor team members and promote engineering excellence through code reviews and standards.
