Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Varicent Integration & Platform Engineer to support the Compensation business by delivering scalable technology solutions across the Varicent SPM platform and its integrations.

You will collaborate with HR Technology, COEs, and HR Shared Services to ensure solutions meet business needs, while architecting end-to-end integrations with Workday, Salesforce and Google Cloud, authoring documentation, and mentoring teammates.

Qualifications

5+ years Varicent SPM platform experience including calculations and configurations.
5+ years configuring and building integrations between Varicent and enterprise systems.
4+ years experience in Varicent integration architecture and design patterns.
4+ years in HR technology, cloud computing and mobile technologies.
Bachelor's degree required; strong collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Support Varicent architecture and integration roadmap with business and technical partners.
Create and maintain documentation, diagrams, specs, and operational procedures.
Design end-to-end integration solutions between Varicent and systems like Workday, Salesforce, GCP.
Configure Varicent applications, calculations, workflows, and compensation components.
Lead regression testing and participate in vendor release processes.
Maintain platform governance, security administration and compliance monitoring.
Mentor team members and promote engineering excellence through code reviews.
