Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Senior Varicent Integration & Platform Engineer to support the HR Technology team and oversee the Varicent platform integrations, architecture, and data flows with Workday, Salesforce, and Google Cloud.

The role demands deep technical expertise in Varicent, strong collaboration with business partners, and the ability to translate requirements into scalable, end-to-end solutions across multiple HR and compensation processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years Varicent SPM platform experience including calculations, workflows and configuration.
• 5+ years of experience configuring and building integrations between Varicent and enterprise systems.
• 4+ years of experience with Varicent integration architecture and design patterns.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business and technical partners to support Varicent architecture and integration roadmap.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, integration specifications, and operational procedures.
• Design, build, and maintain complex Varicent reports, dashboards, analytics, and audit capabilities.
