Job summary
CVS Health is seeking a Senior Varicent Integration & Platform Engineer with expertise in technical architecture and integration to join the HR Technology team. This role supports Compensation by delivering scalable solutions for the Varicent SPM platform and its integrations with Workday, Salesforce, and Google Cloud.

Qualifications
- 5+ years Varicent SPM platform experience, including calculations, workflows and configuration.
- 5+ years of experience configuring and building integrations between Varicent and enterprise systems.
- 4+ years of experience with Varicent integration architecture and design patterns.
- Bachelor's degree required and experience in HR technology landscape.
Responsibilities
- Support Varicent technical architecture and integration roadmap with global priorities.
- Create architecture diagrams, integration specifications and operational procedures.
- Design end-to-end integrations between Varicent and systems like Workday, Salesforce and GCP.
- Lead vendor release processes, testing and regression activities.
- Maintain platform governance, security administration and documentation.
