Job summary
CVS Health is seeking a Senior Varicent Integration & Platform Engineer to join the HR Technology team. You will support the Compensation operations by delivering scalable solutions across the Varicent platform and its integrations with Workday, Salesforce, and Google Cloud.
The role requires deep technical expertise, collaboration with HR partners, and a focus on governance, documentation, and reliability.
Qualifications
- 5+ years Varicent SPM platform experience, including calculations, workflows and configuration.
- 5+ years configuring and building integrations between Varicent and enterprise systems.
- 5+ years configuring and debugging Business Processes and Varicent configurations.
- 4+ years Varicent integration architecture and design patterns.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business and technical partners to support Varicent architecture and integration roadmap.
- Create and maintain architecture diagrams, integration specs, and operational procedures for Varicent.
- Design and implement end-to-end integrations between Varicent and enterprise systems (Workday, Salesforce, GCP).
- Configure, customize, and develop Varicent applications, including calculations, workflows, incentives, and rules.
