Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Senior Varicent Integration & Platform Engineer to join the HR Technology team. You will shape the technical architecture, drive integration with Workday, Salesforce and Google Cloud, and enable Compensation operations with scalable solutions.

Qualifications

5+ years Varicent SPM platform experience, including calculations, workflows and configuration.
5+ years building integrations between Varicent and enterprise systems.
5+ years configuring and debugging Business Processes and Varicent configurations.
5+ years configuring calculations and complex reports in Varicent.
4+ years Varicent integration architecture and design patterns.
4+ years HR technology experience including cloud/mobile tech.
4+ years designing Varicent reports, dashboards and analytics.
4+ years organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with partners to support Varicent architecture and integration roadmap.
Create and maintain technical docs, diagrams, integration specs and support procedures.
Evaluate platform capabilities through research and testing.
Develop plans with timelines and proactively communicate progress to stakeholders.
Ensure delivered solutions meet business objectives and needs.
Support enhancements, requests and defect resolution with scalable solutions.
Design end-to-end integrations between Varicent and systems like Workday, Salesforce, GCP.
Configure and develop Varicent applications, calculations and workflows.
Mentor team members and promote engineering excellence via code reviews.
Maintain analytics, dashboards and audit capabilities for reporting needs.
