Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Varicent Integration & Platform Engineer to join the HR Technology team. You will support Compensation by delivering scalable technology solutions, focusing on Varicent SPM platform, integrations, and architecture.

The role requires strong technical leadership and collaboration with HR, IT, and business partners. You will design end-to-end integrations between Varicent and systems such as Workday, Salesforce, and Google Cloud Platform, while developing

Qualifications

5+ years Varicent SPM platform experience, including calculations, workflows and configuration.
5+ years configuring and building integrations between Varicent and enterprise systems.
5+ years configuring and debugging Business Processes and building solutions in Varicent.
4+ years of experience with Varicent integration architecture and design patterns.
4+ years of experience working in the HR technology landscape, including cloud computing and mobile technologies.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with business and technical partners to support Varicent architecture and integration roadmap.
Create and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, integration specifications, and procedures.
Translate business needs into technical designs and timelines.
Design and implement end-to-end integration solutions between Varicent and enterprise systems.
