Qualifications

• 5+ years Varicent SPM platform experience including calculations and workflows.
• 5+ years configuring integrations between Varicent and enterprise systems.
• 4+ years experience Varicent integration architecture and design patterns.
• Experience in HR technology landscapes and cloud/mobile technologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Varicent technical architecture and integration roadmap with partners.
• Create and maintain architecture diagrams, integration specs, and docs.
• Design end-to-end integration solutions with Workday, Salesforce, and GCP.
• Lead requirements translation into technical solutions and timelines.
• Mentor team members and enforce engineering standards.
• Perform UAT, regression testing, and vendor release coordination.
• Develop complex Varicent reports, dashboards, and audit capabilities.
• Maintain platform governance including security and access controls.
