CVS Health is seeking a Senior Varicent Integration & Platform Engineer to lead integration architecture for the Varicent SPM platform within HR Technology. You will partner with HR and Total Rewards to deliver scalable incentives solutions, and coordinate with Workday, Salesforce, and Google Cloud Platform to implement end-to-end integrations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years Varicent SPM platform experience, including calculations, workflows and configuration.
• 5+ years configuring and building integrations between Varicent and enterprise systems.
• 5+ years configuring and debugging Business Processes and building Varicent solutions.
• 5+ years of experience with calculations, complex reports, and various configurations in Varicent.
• 4+ years of experience with Varicent integration architecture and design patterns.
• 4+ years of experience working in the HR technology landscape, including cloud computing and mobile tech.
• 4+ years of experience designing, building and maintaining Varicent reports, dashboards and analytics.
• 4+ years of experience demonstrating strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• 3+ years collaborating with SaaS vendors to resolve defects and support business needs.
• 3+ years working with business partners to optimize processes and manage multiple tasks.
• 3+ years of excellent written and verbal communication in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with partners to support Varicent architecture and roadmap.
• Create and maintain technical docs, architecture diagrams, integration specs and procedures.
• Evaluate platform capabilities through research and testing.
• Develop plans with deliverables and timelines; communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Ensure delivered solutions meet business objectives and scale as needed.
• Support enhancements, requests, and defect resolution with scalable solutions.
• Design end-to-end integrations between Varicent and Workday, Salesforce and GCP.
• Configure Varicent applications, calculations, workflows and compensation plan components.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation and architecture artifacts.
• Lead vendor release activities and coordinate regression testing.
• Maintain awareness of new Varicent functionality and communicate changes.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and timelines.
• Conduct fit-gap analyses and functional design; support UAT and testing.
• Mentor teammates and uphold engineering standards.
