Job summary
CVS Health is seeking a Senior Varicent Integration & Platform Engineer to support the HR Technology team and Compensation operations. You will lead architecture, integrations and vendor collaboration to deliver scalable solutions across HR and Total Rewards.
The role focuses on Varicent SPM platform, calculations, workflows and end-to-end integration with enterprise systems, while maintaining governance and cross-functional partnerships across HR Tech and COEs.
Qualifications
- 5+ years Varicent SPM platform experience including calculations, workflows and configuration.
- 5+ years configuring and building integrations between Varicent and enterprise systems.
- 4+ years designing, building and maintaining Varicent reports, dashboards and analytics.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business and technical partners to support Varicent architecture and integration roadmap.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and integration specifications for Varicent.
- Design end-to-end integrations between Varicent and systems like Workday, Salesforce and Google Cloud Platform.
- Develop and maintain calculations, workflows, incentives and compensation plan components.
