Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Varicent Integration & Platform Engineer to join the HR Technology team. You will lead the Varicent platform integrations, architecture, and reporting to support Total Rewards and Compensation business partners.

The role requires deep technical expertise, strong collaboration with HR and IT, and delivering scalable solutions across Workday, Salesforce and Google Cloud integrations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years Varicent SPM platform experience with calculations and configurations.
• 5+ years building Varicent-to-enterprise integrations.
• 4+ years Varicent integration architecture experience.
• 4+ years in HR technology landscape, including cloud and mobile.
• 3+ years collaborating with business partners and stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Varicent architecture and integration roadmap with partners.
• Create architecture diagrams and integration documentation.
• Evaluate platform capabilities through research and testing.
• Maintain deliverables, timelines and stakeholder communication.
• Design end-to-end integrations with Workday, Salesforce and Google Cloud.
• Configure Varicent apps, calculations, workflows and compensation components.
• Mentor team members and promote engineering excellence.
• Monitor platform health and troubleshoot production incidents.
