Job summary

CVS Health Corporation seeks a Senior Varicent Integration & Platform Engineer to join the Human Resources Technology team. This role focuses on the Varicent SPM platform, integrations, and its technical architecture to support Compensation operations.

You will collaborate with HR Tech, COEs, and business partners to design scalable solutions across Workday, Salesforce, and Google Cloud, while delivering documentation, governance, and reliable reporting.

Qualifications

5+ years Varicent SPM platform experience including calculations, workflows and configuration.
5+ years configuring and building integrations between Varicent and enterprise systems.
5+ years configuring and debugging Business Processes in Varicent.
4+ years Varicent integration architecture and design patterns.
4+ years HR technology experience including cloud/mobile tech.
Bachelor's Degree required.

Responsibilities

Support Varicent technical architecture and integration roadmap.
Create and maintain architecture diagrams, integration specs, and docs.
Design end-to-end integrations between Varicent and systems like Workday, Salesforce, Google Cloud.
Develop Varicent calculations, workflows, and compensation plan components.
Lead governance, security administration, and vendor collaboration.
Mentor team members and promote engineering excellence.
