Job summary
Broadcom Software – ValueOps is seeking a senior Domain Specialist to drive value realization for large enterprise customers, translating complex business requirements into portfolio management and Agile solutions. This remote role collaborates with Sales, R&D, Services and Management across territories to ensure successful outcomes.
You will lead strategic engagements, perform demos and value-based roadmaps, and mentor teams while expanding adoption of ValueOps, Agile Operations, and NetOps
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and 12+ years of related experience or Master’s degree and 10+ years.
- Strong background with Project & Portfolio Management, FinOps, IT portfolio management, and Agile management tools.
- Experience with Clarity, Planview, Jira, ServiceNow and Apptio.
Responsibilities
- Perform value alignment with strategic customers.
- Build relationships across customer's IT and business silos to understand, document and share portfolio management, agile transformation and challenges.
- Lead adoption activities with key customers and present solution roadmaps.
- Collaborate with Sales, R&D, Services and Management to ensure synergy across solutions.
- Manage and direct team members within assigned accounts.
- Maintain understanding of Broadcom Agile Operations capabilities across portfolio.
- Conduct demos and proofs of value for PPM and Agile solutions.
