Job summary

Broadcom Software is seeking a senior Domain Specialist for ValueOps to collaborate with enterprise customers, translating business requirements into portfolio management and agile solutions. The role emphasizes value alignment, roadmap presentations, demos, and cross-functional collaboration.

You will build strong relationships within customer IT and business silos, lead adoption activities, and guide engagements across Sales, R&D and Services in a remote environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of related experience or Master’s degree with 10+ years of experience in a technology or business discipline.
• Strong background in Project & Portfolio Management, FinOps, and Agile management solutions.
• Ability to translate customer business problems into software solutions and articulate requirements clearly.

Responsibilities

• Perform value alignment with strategic customers and build relationships across IT and business silos.
• Lead adoption activities and manage account opportunity, engagement and adoption information.
• Present solution and adoption roadmaps, and demo PPM and Agile solutions to customers.
• Collaborate with Sales, R&D, Services, and Management to ensure alignment and roadmap consistency across solutions.
• Mentor team members within assigned accounts and maintain understanding of portfolio capabilities.
