Job summary

Broadcom Software – Agile Operations Division seeks a senior Domain Specialist in ValueOps. You will lead strategic engagements, translate client requirements into portfolio management and agile solutions, and collaborate with Sales, R&D, and Services to ensure value delivery.

You’ll perform demos, roadmaps, and adoption activities while guiding multi-disciplinary teams across large enterprise accounts to drive business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 12+ years of tech/business experience or Master’s with 10+ years.
• Experience with portfolio management, agile transformations and enterprise software.

Responsibilities

• Perform value alignment with strategic customers.
• Build relationships across IT and business silos to document portfolio management needs.
• Act as a valued resource in early customer decision making.
• Identify and lead adoption activities with key customers.
• Maintain account opportunity, engagement and adoption data.
• Direct team members within assigned accounts.
• Demonstrate Broadcom ValueOps and Agile solutions to customers.
• Present solution and adoption roadmaps; ensure cross-functional alignment.
