Job summary

Broadcom Software – Agile Operations Division seeks a senior Solution Engineer to act as a ValueOps Domain Specialist, collaborating with large enterprise customers remotely to translate business requirements into portfolio management and agile solutions.

You will lead demos and value proofs, drive adoption activities, and partner with Sales, R&D, Services and Management to ensure cohesive roadmaps and successful outcomes for strategic accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of related experience, or Master’s with 10+ years.

Responsibilities

• Perform value alignment with strategic customers.
• Lead adoption activities with key customers.
• Present solution and adoption roadmaps to customers.
• Collaborate with Sales, R&D, Services, and Management for synergy.
• Direct and mentor team members within assigned accounts.
• Maintain account opportunity and adoption information.
