Job summary

Broadcom Software – Agile Operations Division seeks a Solution Engineer for ValueOps as a remote Domain Specialist. You will translate enterprise client needs into ValueOps/portfolio management solutions, lead adoption with key customers, and collaborate across Sales, R&D, and Services to ensure cohesive roadmaps.

You’ll engage with senior leaders, perform demos, and drive value realization in large-scale Agile environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of related experience or Master’s with 10+ years in tech or business.
• Strong portfolio management and Agile experience.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform value alignment with strategic customers and drive adoption.
• Build relationships across IT and business silos to map portfolio management needs.
• Act early in customer decision processes during idea/concept stages.
• Identify and lead adoption activities with key customers.
• Maintain account opportunity, engagement and adoption records.
• Manage and direct team members within assigned accounts.
• Maintain understanding of AOD capabilities across portfolio.
• Conduct demos and proof of value for PPM and Agile solutions.
• Present solution and adoption roadmaps to customers.
• Collaborate with Sales, R&D, Services and Management to ensure solution alignment.
• Collaborate with other domain members for cross-pollination and learning.
• Contribute to account marketing strategies and activities.
