Job summary
Broadcom Software is seeking a senior Domain Specialist in ValueOps to collaborate with Fortune 2000 customers, translating business needs into scalable portfolio management and agile solutions. You will lead strategic engagements, run adoption activities, and deliver demos across enterprise accounts in a remote-first setting.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and 12+ years of related experience or Master’s degree and 10+ years in a tech or business discipline.
- Strong background in Portfolio Management, FinOps, and Agile management tools.
- Experience presenting value, roadmaps, and demos to senior customers and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Perform value alignment with strategic customers and build adoption plans.
- Lead engagements across enterprise accounts and coordinate across Sales, R&D, Services, and Management.
- Demonstrate solutions and value realizations through Demos and Proofs of Value.
- Maintain opportunity and adoption tracking within accounts and mentor team members.
