Job summary
Broadcom Software – Agile Operations Division seeks a Domain Specialist to drive value with ValueOps, portfolio planning and agile management solutions across large enterprise customers. You will lead strategic engagements, perform demos, and build adoption roadmaps while collaborating with Sales, R&D, and Services.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of experience, or Master’s with 10+ years in tech or business.
- Ability to translate business needs into software solutions.
- Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Perform value alignment with strategic customers.
- Build relationships across customer IT and business silos to document and share portfolio management and agile solutions.
- Identify and lead adoption activities with key customers.
- Maintain account opportunity, engagement and adoption information.
- Direct team members within assigned accounts.
- Perform demos and proofs of value for PPM and Agile solutions.
- Present solution and adoption roadmaps to customers.
- Collaborate with Sales, R&D, Services, and Management for consistency across solutions.
- Collaborate with domain members for cross-pollination and learning.
- Contribute to account marketing activities.
