Job summary

Broadcom Software – Agile Operations Division seeks a Solution Engineer focusing on ValueOps to translate customers’ business needs into scalable system designs. You’ll drive value realization for large enterprise customers and guide engagements through portfolio management and agile transformations.

You will perform value alignment, build cross-functional relationships, lead adoption activities, and present roadmaps while collaborating with Sales, R&D and Services to ensure consistent solutions

Qualifications

• Have a bachelor’s and 12+ years of related experience or master’s degree and 10+ years of experience in a technology or business related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Performing value alignment with strategic customers.
• Building relationships across customers' IT and business silos to understand and share our portfolio management and agile solutions.
• Lead adoption activities with key customers and maintain opportunity, engagement and adoption data.
• Direct team members within assigned accounts and ensure alignment with the Agile Operations Division capabilities.
• Deliver demos and proof of value for PPM and Agile solutions and present solution roadmaps to customers.
• Collaborate with Sales, R&D, Services, and Management to ensure synergy across solutions in assigned accounts.
