Job summary

Broadcom Software is seeking a ValueOps Domain Specialist to drive value-based engagements with large enterprise customers. You will translate business requirements into portfolio management and agile solutions, perform demonstrations, and lead adoption efforts across complex IT and business environments.

You will collaborate with Sales, R&D, and Services to ensure alignment of technology roadmaps and customer outcomes, with a focus on strategic accounts and long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s and 12+ years of related experience or master’s degree and 10+ years in a technology or business discipline
• Strong background with Project & Portfolio Management, FinOps, Infrastructure Portfolio Management, and Agile management solutions such as Clarity, Planview, Jira, ServiceNow, Apptio
• Ability to translate business requirements into software solutions
• Experience presenting and aligning stakeholders across multiple IT and business silos

Responsibilities

• Perform value alignment with strategic customers
• Build relationships across customer IT and business silos
• Understand and act as a资源 within customer decision-making processes
• Identify and lead adoption activities with key customers
• Maintain account opportunity, engagement and adoption information
• Direct team members within assigned accounts
• Perform demos and value proofs for PPM and Agile solutions
• Present solution and adoption roadmaps to customers
• Collaborate with Sales, R&D, Services and Management for synergy across solutions
• Collaborate with domain members for cross-pollination and learning
• Contribute to account marketing activities
