Job summary

Celonis, a global leader in Process Intelligence, seeks a Senior Value Engineer to drive end-to-end value journeys for strategic enterprise clients. You will guide pre- and post-sales activities, frame insights, and deliver measurable ROI using Celonis platform, AI, and LLM tools.

You’ll manage weekly cadences, QBRs, and value plans with VP+ executives. You will blend process expertise with a solution-first mindset, collaborating with sales teams and customers to deploy autonomous agentic

Qualifications

• 4+ years in pre-sales, customer success, and/or consulting with related background
• Strong technical skills with cloud certifications (Azure, AWS)
• Knowledge of Data Connections, Data Objects, Data Validation and Data Analysis
• Experience with LLMs and prompting; basic data constructs in prompts
• Value-driven selling and ability to drive customer ROI and renewal

Responsibilities

• Pre- and post-sales execution across the full customer lifecycle
• Lead technical discovery and capability demonstrations during pre-sales cycles and guide post-sale implementation
• Drive enterprise ROI and adoption programs with executive sponsorship
• Serve as the domain expert for the customer industry and scale knowledge
• Understand customer AI strategies and translate requirements into solutions that deliver measurable impact
• Manage multiple projects across accounts and coordinate with Celonis ecosystem partners
