As a Senior Value Engineer, you will own the end-to-end value journey with strategic clients, leading pre- and post-sales activities, performing ROI framing, and translating customer needs into innovative Celonis solutions that deliver meaningful impact at the executive level.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in pre-sales, customer success, and/or consulting functions.
• Strong technical skills with cloud certs (Azure, AWS) and data concepts.
• Experience with data connections, data objects, data validation and data analysis.
• Value-driven selling with ability to identify and prioritize use cases and drive renewal/expansion.
• Project management across multiple accounts and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent presentation skills for internal and external stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Drive full customer lifecycle from pre-sales to post-sale, guiding implementation and ensuring value adoption.
• Frame insights and ROI, accelerate adoption with executive sponsorship through QBRs and strategic roadmaps.
• Serve as internal/external domain expert to scale knowledge across the customer base.
• Understand customer AI strategies and translate requirements into innovative Celonis solutions.
