Celonis is seeking a Senior Value Engineer - Technology Consultant to drive end-to-end value journeys for enterprise clients, from discovery to ROI realization. You’ll blend process and industry expertise with a solution-first mindset, using the Celonis Process Intelligence platform to enable AI-driven, autonomous solutions and measurable business impact.

A strong pre-sales and consulting track record is required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in pre-sales, customer success, or consulting roles.
• Strong technical skills with Microsoft or AWS cloud certs (Azure, Data Eng).
• Knowledge of data connections, data objects, data validation and data analysis.
• Knowledge and use of LLMs, across Microsoft or competitor equivalents.
• Value driven selling with use-case prioritization and operating model adoption.
• Project management across multiple accounts and timelines.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/engineering/math or equivalent.
• Understanding of business processes across sectors (Supply Chain/Finance).
• Proficiency in Python and ML libraries such as LangChain, pandas, sklearn, PyTorch.
• Hands-on experience building agentic systems using LLM orchestration and guardrails.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end value journey for enterprise clients.
• Drive pre-sales discovery and capability demonstrations.
• Guide implementation post-sale to achieve adoption thresholds.
• Own insights framing and value realization with ROI programs.
• Serve as SME for customer industry domain.
• Translate customer requirements into innovative AI solutions.
