Celonis is the global leader in Process Intelligence, seeking a Senior Value Engineer to drive AI‑driven transformation for High Tech and Diversified sectors. You will orchestrate end‑to‑end value journeys with Lead and Principal VEs, combining technical execution with consulting and project management.

Responsibilities include uncovering real issues, securing executive sponsorship, managing complex programs, and championing platform adoption.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience owning complex workstreams in Value Engineering, Consulting, or Pre‑Sales.
AI fluency with enterprise IT and business software; avoid heavy manual coding.
Ability to set direction within an account team and drive high‑impact solutions.
Proven track record in executing process improvements and value realization.
Experience orchestrating multi‑region transformations with VP/Director sponsorship.
Strong English with executive presence; knowledge of High Tech industry trends.
