Job summary

Celonis is seeking a Lead Applied Value Engineer to drive the end-to-end value journey for enterprise customers, modernizing legacy systems, optimizing finance processes, and deploying agentic business models with the Celonis platform.

You will align with Sales, lead technical discovery, guide implementation, and demonstrate measurable ROI to VP+ executives through QBRs, roadmaps, and value plans.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in pre-sales, customer success, and/or consulting with related background.
• Strong technical skills on Microsoft Azure/AWS with relevant certifications.
• Knowledge of data connections, data objects, data validation, and data analysis.
• Experience with LLMs on Microsoft or comparable platforms; understanding prompting.
• Value-driven selling and operational model development; renew/expand subscriptions.
• Project management across multiple accounts and value journeys.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/engineering/math or related field.

Responsibilities

• Drive full customer lifecycle from pre-sales to post-sale guidance.
• Frame insights and drive ROI and adoption programs across organizations.
• Serve as industry expert to scale knowledge across teams.
• Understand AI strategies and translate requirements into AI-enabled solutions.
