Job summary
Celonis is seeking a Senior Value Engineer to drive AI- and data-driven transformation for high-tech and diversified sector customers. You will work with Lead and Principal VEs to orchestrate roadmaps, combine consulting with program management, and ensure outcomes that deliver measurable ROI.
You''ll manage stakeholders across regions, build CoE roadmaps, and champion platform adoption of Celonis Process Intelligence Platform.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience owning complex workstreams and customer relationships.
- Solid background in enterprise IT and business software.
- Strong English communication with executive presence.
- Experience orchestrating multi-region transformation programs.
- Deep understanding of Finance/Supply Chain domains.
- Engineering/technical degree or related business/economics degree with technical minor.
Responsibilities
- Value selling & realization: uncover issues, define outcomes, and realize ROI.
- Stakeholder management: secure executive sponsorship and drive transformation.
- Program management: steer global transformations and AI-driven projects.
- Platform & AI fluency: leverage AI tools and drive platform adoption.
- Scale value & innovation: craft expansion roadmaps and align with R&D.
