Job summary

Celonis is seeking a Senior Value Engineer to lead AI- and data-driven business transformations for High Tech and Diversified sectors. You will work with Lead and Principal VEs, combining technical execution with consulting and project management to orchestrate complex roadmaps and targeted initiatives.

You will leverage AI copilots to generate outputs and automations, driving platform adoption and ROI for strategic accounts across multiple regions.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience taking ownership of complex workstreams and customer relationships.
AI and technical fluency with enterprise IT and business software.
Builder mentality with ability to set direction within an account team.
Proven experience in process improvement and value realization.
Strategic program and multi-region stakeholder management experience.
Fluent English with strong executive communication.

Responsibilities

Uncover issues and own the outcome from discovery to realized ROI for process areas.
Cultivate executive sponsorship and co-own change management with customer leaders.
Steer global transformations across complex workstreams and AI-driven account planning.
Collaborate with AI tools and CofE for rapid technical outputs and platform adoption.
Develop expansion roadmaps embedding Celonis as a strategic platform.
