Celonis is seeking a Lead Applied Value Engineer to help enterprise customers solve operational challenges. This role combines technical expertise with customer relationship management to drive adoption of the Celonis Process Intelligence platform.

The ideal candidate will leverage their technical skills and project management abilities to manage multiple projects and engage with VP-level executives, ultimately enhancing customer value and ensuring success.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in pre-sales, customer success, or consulting.
• Strong technical skills in relevant technologies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects across accounts.

Responsibilities

• Drive the full customer lifecycle pre- and post-sales.
• Own enterprise-wide ROI and adoption programs.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for customer industry domains.
