Job summary

Celonis is seeking a Senior Value Engineer to drive AI- and data-driven transformation for high-tech and diversified sectors. You will guide customers through end-to-end value journeys using the Celonis Context Model and collaborate with Lead and Principal VEs to align on strategy and outcomes.

This role combines technical execution with consulting and project management. You will orchestrate roadmaps and targeted initiatives to improve operations across ecosystems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years owning complex workstreams and client relationships in VE, Consulting, or Pre-Sales.
• AI and enterprise software fluency; use of AI copilots for outputs.
• Builder mentality with self-direction within an account team.
• Proven ability to drive process improvements and value realization.
• Strategic program management with cross-region sponsorship; fluent English with executive presence.

Responsibilities

• Value Selling & Realization: uncover issues and drive ROI, craft executive narratives.
• Stakeholder Management: cultivate executive sponsorship and CoE roadmaps.
• Program Management: steer global transformations and AI-driven governance.
• Platform & AI Fluency: AI-fluent operator and platform adoption champion.
• Scale Value & Innovation: build expansion roadmap and provide R&D feedback.
