Job summary

Celonis seeks a Senior Value Engineer to lead AI- and data-driven transformation for High Tech and Diversified sectors, guiding customers through end-to-end value journeys using the Celonis Context Model.

You will work with Lead and Principal VEs to blend technical execution with consulting and project management, orchestrating complex roadmaps and targeted initiatives across ecosystems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years owning complex workstreams and customer relationships in VE/Consulting/Pre-Sales.
• Solid background in enterprise IT and business software (e.g., SAP, Workday, Salesforce, Oracle).
• Operate as AI-fluent operator using AI copilots for outputs and automations, with minimal manual coding.

Responsibilities

• Uncover real issues and own the outcome from discovery to ROI realization.
• Cultivate executive sponsorship and co-own change management with customer leaders.
• Lead AI-driven account planning and AI-assisted project management across global transformations.
• Serve as AI-fluent operator, driving rapid technical outputs and platform adoption.
• Build strategic expansion roadmaps embedding Celonis as a key platform for adoption.
