Parking Management Company (PMC) seeks a Valet Area Manager to oversee daily operations across multiple valet sites, lead staff, and manage client relations. You will drive profitability, ensure safety, and maintain high service standards while coordinating with partners and senior leadership.

The role requires strong analytical skills, supervisory experience, and a valid driver’s license, with travel to sites as needed and a focus on continuous improvement in operational performance.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Education/Experience: High school diploma or GED; 3 years minimum supervisory and related customer service/hospitality experience is preferred.
• Certificates and licenses: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation; background check required.

Responsibilities

• Operational Oversight: manage daily operations across multiple valet locations, ensure safety and efficiency.
• Staff Management: recruit, train, and supervise valet staff with scheduling and coaching.
• Client Relations: main contact for property managers and partners, resolve concerns and grow partnerships.
• Financial Management: oversee budgets, revenue and expenses to meet goals; analyze metrics.
• Safety and Compliance: ensure safety protocols and regulatory compliance; conduct safety meetings and training.
• Customer Service Leadership: promote a customer-first culture and handle escalated guest concerns.
• Technology and Reporting: use valet software, review reports, identify trends and improvements.
• Travel and Communication: site visits and ongoing leadership updates; may use personal cell phone for work.
• Supervisory Responsibilities: involve staff in planning; provide feedback and develop talent.
• Additional Responsibilities: attend meetings; support financial reviews and audits; flexible hours as needed.
