Salesforce is seeking a Mixed Methods Researcher to translate complex user behaviors and analytics into actionable design strategies within the UXCD team in Digital Success. You will bridge data, insights, and creative execution across Salesforce’s customer success platforms.

The role emphasizes leading studies, collaborating with product and engineering teams, and shaping research governance as the organization evolves with AI-driven experiences such as Help Agent and related Salesforce

5-8 years of hands-on user research across B2B/B2C digital products and SaaS.

Lead mixed-methods research studies across digital customer success platforms.
Run competitive research for help experiences and benchmark flows.
Manage live sessions and foster relationships between Product Managers and councils.
Own UX Scorecard end-to-end to drive product quality and adoption decisions.
Synthesize insights to influence design decisions and roadmaps.
Collaborate with designers, PMs, engineers throughout the product lifecycle.
Ensure ethical research practices and data governance.
